Description

Carbo Multi Max, Lemon is a powder supplied in a 3000g pack, providing approximately 60 servings of 50g each. It is mixed with a liquid before use.

The ingredients are maltodextrin, dextrose, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (guar gum) and sweetener (sucralose). An alternative ingredient declaration found on some retailer listings lists hydrolysed corn starch, dextrose, stabilizer (gum arabic, E414), acidity regulator (malic acid), flavouring and sweetener (sucralose).

The label states it may contain cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, peanuts, soybeans, shellfish, celery and related products.

Mandatory information

Mix 50 g (1 scoop) of the product with 300 ml of lukewarm water. Consume immediately after preparation. 1 to 3 servings per day. Do not exceed 2 servings per day (per official brand site). Best used before and after training. May also be used during long and intense training sessions.
