Description

Bloom Pre-Workout in Raspberry Lemonade is a powder containing 225 mg of caffeine per scoop, sourced from green tea extract, combined with a blend of amino acids, botanical extracts and vitamins.

The formula includes L-Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Extract, Korean Ginseng Root and Black Pepper Fruit Extract. Vitamin C, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

With a refreshing Raspberry Lemonade flavour, Bloom Pre-Workout mixes easily into water and is free from gluten and lactose. The flexible dosing approach — starting at half a scoop — allows you to assess your personal tolerance and tailor the serving to suit your needs.

Mandatory information

Start with 1/2 scoop mixed in 8–12 fl oz (240–355 ml) of water 15–30 minutes before exercising. Assess tolerance and adjust to 1 full scoop accordingly.
