This is an unflavoured powder supplied in a 300g pack, stated on the label as 60 servings. Per 5g serving it provides 4000 mg L-leucine, 500 mg L-valine, 500 mg L-isoleucine, 1.30 mg Vitamin B1 and 2 mg Vitamin B6.

The ingredients are L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6, along with a BCAA mix of the same three amino acids, sucrose esters of fatty acids and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as stabilisers, pyridoxine hydrochloride and thiamin hydrochloride. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label.
