BCAA 4:1:1 Powder, Pineapple is supplied as a powder in a 500g pack. Each 10 g serving provides an instant BCAA mixture delivering 4,000 mg of L-leucine, 1,000 mg of L-isoleucine and 1,000 mg of L-valine, totalling 6,000 mg of BCAA, together with approximately 2,713 mg of L-glutamine.

The ingredient list also includes sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, citric acid as an acidity regulator, flavouring, safflower concentrate, the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, and the anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide.

The label states the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein, and that it contains sweeteners.

Mandatory information

Mix a serving of 10 g (approx. 1/2 measuring scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical activity and immediately after the end of training. May also be used during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
