Total amino acids are listed at 11g per serving, including 9g of essential amino acids and 6g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, made up of 3000mg L-Leucine, 1500mg L-Isoleucine and 1500mg L-Valine, alongside 2500mg of L-Glutamine.
