AllDayYouMay Legendary Series Blue Raspberry is a powder supplied in a 435g pack, giving 30 servings of 1 scoop (14.5g) each. It is mixed as a drink.

Each serving contains Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Calcium and Phosphorus, alongside a BCAA Blend of L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine at 6000 mg. It also includes a Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend (L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine) at 2750 mg, an Amino Acid Support Blend containing raw coconut fruit water concentrate, L-Taurine, blueberry fruit powder and HICA at 960 mg, an Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend of Beta-Alanine, Sodium Bicarbonate and Dicalcium Phosphate at 800 mg, and a Joint & Liver Support Blend of Milk Thistle Seed, MSM and D-Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium at 600 mg. An Essential Amino Acid Blend of L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Histidine HCl, L-Tryptophan and L-Methionine is also included.

Mandatory information

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (14.5g) with 12–16 oz (approx. 355–475 ml) of cold water before, during, or after a workout. Consume 2–3 servings per day, ideally first thing in the morning, between meals, right before a workout, during a workout, or right after a workout.
