Description

100% Whey, Vanilla is a powder supplied in a 2000g pack, giving approximately 66 servings of 30.3 g each. It is made from a whey protein blend of whey protein concentrate-80 and whey protein isolate-90, derived from milk and instantized with soy lecithin, along with a flavouring system containing aroma, fructose and natural colorant.

The formulation also includes xanthan gum as an emulsifier, guar gum as a thickener, and the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame-K. Each 30.3 g serving provides 117 kcal, 24 g of protein, 3 g of carbohydrates of which 2 g are sugars, 1 g of fat of which 0 g is saturated fatty acids, 5.4 g of BCAAs and 4 g of glutamine.

The product contains milk and soy, and may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, egg, shellfish or fish oil. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Mandatory information

Mix or shake 1 scoop (approx. 30 g) with 300 ml of milk (recommended), fruit juice, or water. For heavier training activities, a maximum of 4 scoops (120 g) per day. Recommended: 1–2 servings per day, maximum 2–3 shakes per day.
