YANGO Evening primrose oil (60 caps)

Evening primrose oil is supplied in softgel form, with a net content of 84.4 g. Each capsule contains evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera paradoxa) standardized to 10% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), together with D-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E).

One capsule provides 1000 mg of evening primrose oil, of which 100 mg is GLA, along with 13.4 mg of Vitamin E (111.7% Nutrient Reference Value). Two capsules provide 2000 mg of evening primrose oil, of which 200 mg is GLA, along with 26.8 mg of Vitamin E (223.4% Nutrient Reference Value).

The capsule shell is made from bovine gelatin with glycerol as a humectant. The label does not explicitly declare allergens, though the capsule shell is animal-derived.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
