Omega 3-6-9 is supplied as softgels, with 60 softgels per pack. The label states a serving size of 3 softgels, giving 20 servings per container.

Each serving provides Fish Oil (from anchovy, mackerel and sardines) 1300 mg, Flaxseed Oil 1300 mg and Borage Oil 1300 mg. These provide Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Alpha-Linolenic Acid 585 mg, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 344 mg and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 221 mg; Omega-6 Fatty Acids: Linoleic Acid 598 mg and Gamma-Linolenic Acid 247 mg; and Omega-9 Fatty Acids: Oleic Acid 325 mg. The softgel shell is made from gelatin, with vegetable glycerin and mixed tocopherols also included.

The label states the product contains fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine) and is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and preservatives.
