DR. ENZMANN MSE EnzOmega (60 caps)

Dr. Enzmann MSE EnzOmega is a fish oil supplement supplied in softgel capsules, with 60 capsules per pack giving a total net content of 89.4 g (60 capsules × 1.49 g each). Each capsule contains fish oil concentrate from anchovies and sardines.

One capsule provides 500 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); two capsules provide 1000 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA. Per capsule, the label also states 45 kcal / 11 kJ of energy, 0.31 g protein, 0.08 g carbohydrates, 1.03 g fat, and 920 mg of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3).

The capsule shell is made from gelatine, with glycerol as a humectant, purified water, and vitamin E as an antioxidant. The product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and is stated to be free from gluten, lactose, milk protein, soy, yeast, artificial preservatives and colorants.
