It is made from maltodextrin, fructose, saccharose, glucose and 3% isomaltulose (Palatinose™), together with flavoring, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates), L-glutamine, sodium chloride, L-arginine, a beetroot red colorant, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide), a vitamin complex (L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin) and chromium(III) lactate.

A 90 g serving provides 1,454 kJ / 342 kcal, 0 g fat, 83 g carbohydrates of which 31 g sugars, 1.4 g protein, 0 g fibre, 0.9 g salt, 350 mg sodium and 12 µg chromium (30% Nutrient Reference Value).

The label states that the product may contain soy and milk proteins.
