YANGO Sport Formula Multivitamin is a liquid supplement supplied in a 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.) bottle. A daily serving is 15 ml, which the label states provides Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, and the B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, folic acid and B12, along with zinc.

The ingredient list includes multiply filtered water, fructose, collagen hydrolysate, ascorbic acid, calcium gluconate, potassium citrate, magnesium gluconate, natural orange flavouring, anhydrous caffeine, ginseng, malic acid, zinc gluconate, stevia (steviol glycosides), and a range of mineral gluconates and vitamin compounds. It also contains a Sport Amino blend of collagen hydrolysate, L-carnitine, L-glutamine and taurine, and a Sport Green blend of powdered ginseng, citrus bioflavonoids, alfalfa, broccoli, lecithin, spirulina, green tea, grape seeds, noni fruit, cranberry, goji berries, raspberry ketones, acerola, bilberries, acai berries, pomegranate fruit, lycopene, coenzyme Q10, ginkgo biloba and aloe vera. Preservatives used are potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

The label states the product does not contain crustaceans, eggs, nuts, soy, dairy ingredients, celery, mustard, or sesame, and is free from GMO, gluten, soy, eggs, nuts, and lactose.
