Yamamoto Research Iso-FUJI Volactive® (700 g, Cookies)

Iso-FUJI Volactive® is a powder supplied in a 700 g pack, in a cookies flavour. It is made from whey proteins isolated by cross-flow microfiltration (Volactive® UltraWhey XP instant Sunflower), containing emulsifiers sunflower lecithin and soy lecithin, along with flavourings, low-fat cocoa powder, sodium chloride, the sweetener sucralose, bromelain (2500 GDU/g, 30 mg per daily dose) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

A daily dose is 30 g, providing 113 kcal, 0.7 g fat, 1.5 g carbohydrates, 26 g protein and 0.15 g salt, along with 0.42 mg vitamin B6 (30% Nutrient Reference Value) and 30 mg bromelain. Per 100 g the powder provides 378 kcal, 2.3 g fat, 5.0 g carbohydrates and 87 g protein.

The label states the product contains milk (whey protein) and soy (soy lecithin), and may contain traces of other allergens. It is gluten-free.
