Vitamin C with rose hips is supplied in tablet form, with 100 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides 1000 mg of vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid) and 62.5 mg of rose hips powder (Rosa canina, fruit).

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, vegetable cellulose (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), cellulose gum, anti-caking agents vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate, and vegetable glycerin as a glazing agent. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, dairy, soy, sodium, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and preservatives.
