Royal Jelly is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 303 mg of freeze-dried Royal Jelly concentrate (14 mg 10-HDA), equivalent to 1000 mg of fresh Royal Jelly, and 5 calories per serving.

The softgel capsule is made from bovine gelatin (BSE-free), water and glycerin. The remaining ingredients are organic extra virgin olive oil, sunflower lecithin and silicon dioxide. The label states the product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
