Protein Spread, Salted Caramel - 360g

This is a Salted Caramel flavour protein spread supplied in a 360g pack. The ingredients include vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, sustainable palm oil), the sweetener maltitol, whey protein concentrate (milk) at 19.5%, skimmed milk powder, fat reduced cocoa at 6.5%, cocoa nibs at 3%, the emulsifier sunflower lecithin, sea salt at 0.5%, natural flavour (milk) and natural vanilla flavouring.

Per 33g serving the spread provides 171 kcal, 13g fat of which 3.1g saturates, 11g carbohydrates of which 1.7g sugars and 9.1g sugar alcohols (maltitol), 1.1g fibre, 6.6g protein and 0.23g salt. Per 100g this is 516 kcal, ~39g fat of which ~9.4g saturates, ~33g carbohydrates of which 5.1g sugars and ~27.6g sugar alcohols, ~3.3g fibre, 20g protein and ~0.7g salt.

The label states it contains milk, from the whey protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder and natural flavour, and is manufactured in a facility that also handles wheat, soy and nuts.
