Kenay FOLATE 5-MTHF features Quatrefolic®, a premium form of folate delivering (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid — the biologically active form that the body can utilise directly. Each capsule provides 400 µg of folic acid, equivalent to 200% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
