Immun-Intercell akut is supplied as hard capsules with modified release, with 60 capsules per pack, giving a net content of 45.6 g. Each daily serving is one capsule.

The ingredient declaration lists L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a glazing agent, microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, zinc bisglycinate, potato starch, sodium hydrogen selenite (IV), inulin, cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. It also contains a combination of bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis and Enterococcus faecium.

One capsule provides 350 mg of vitamin C, 20 mg of inulin, 10 mg of zinc, 100 µg of selenium, 800 IU (20 µg) of vitamin D, and a total of 5 x 10⁹ CFU of bacterial cultures. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label.
