Ester-C Plus 500 mg is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 50 capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 500 mg of vitamin C (as Ester-C®, calcium ascorbate), together with Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 25 mg, Acerola Fruit Powder Extract (Malpighia glabra) (4:1) 10 mg, Rose Hips Powder (Rosa canina) 10 mg and Rutin 5 mg.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are included as anti-caking agents. The label states the product is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, and colors.
