Aura Herbals Vitamin B12 delivers 100 µg of methylcobalamin per capsule — the bioactive, coenzyme form of vitamin B12 that the body can utilise directly. Each pack contains 120 plant-based Vcaps® capsules, providing a four-month supply at the recommended one-capsule daily serving.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The formula is encapsulated in a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) shell — a 100% plant-based Vcaps® capsule — making it suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. Inulin and L-leucine serve as the capsule filling.
