Vitabiotics Wellwoman Plus Omega 3-6-9 (56 Tablets)

This product consists of 28 tablets and 28 capsules, supplied together as a pack of 56 pieces, with a daily dose consisting of one tablet and one capsule. The tablet contains a range of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Niacin, Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Betacarotene and Para Amino Benzoic Acid, along with bulking agents, a tablet coating and anti-caking agents.

The capsule contains Omega-3 Fish Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Starflower Oil, Olive Oil and Vitamin E, within a capsule shell made from pharmaceutical grade gelatin, glycerin and natural orange flavour. Per daily dose, the capsule provides 400 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil (providing 185 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids), 100 mg of Starflower Oil (providing 17 mg of Omega-6 fatty acids), 100 mg of Evening Primrose Oil (providing 8.5 mg of Omega-6 fatty acids) and 60 mg of Olive Oil (providing 28 mg of Omega-9 fatty acids).

The label states that the product contains soya, from the Vitamin E in the tablet, and fish, from the Omega-3 Fish Oil in the capsule, and notes that it is made in a site that may handle nuts.
