Each daily serving is one capsule, providing Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 215 mg, Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 40 mg, Zinc (zinc citrate) 25 mg, Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) 20 mg, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 8 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 8 mg, Copper (copper gluconate) 2 mg, Biotin (D-biotin) 800 µg, Vitamin A (beta-carotene) 800 µg, Selenium 55 µg and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 27 µg.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin. The ingredient list also includes lutein, eyebright extract (Euphrasia Officinalis), ginkgo biloba leaf extract, rose extract (Rosa Centifolia), rutin, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), zeaxanthin and quercetin.
