Zinc, Magnesium & Vitamin B6 is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container providing 30 servings of 3 capsules each. Each serving provides 330 mg of magnesium, 30 mg of zinc and 10.5 mg of vitamin B6, alongside 200 mg of ashwagandha root extract and 35 mg of AstraGin®.

The ingredients include magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, zinc bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine, ashwagandha root (10-15:1) extract (Withania somnifera), AstraGin® (an extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus), and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with the colour brilliant blue, and the anti-caking agents used are magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

The label states no common allergens are included, but the product is produced in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
