Xtend, Knockout Fruit Punch is a powder supplied in a 1320g pack, stated on the label as 90 servings with a serving size of 14.7g. Each serving provides 3500mg of L-Leucine, 2500mg of L-Glutamine, 1750mg of L-Isoleucine and 1750mg of L-Valine, along with L-Citrulline and an electrolyte blend of 1171mg made up of trisodium citrate dihydrate, potassium chloride and sodium chloride. It also contains Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) at 640µg per serving.

Other ingredients listed include citric acid and malic acid as acidity regulators, flavor, sodium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sucralose and steviol glycosides as sweeteners, polydextrose as a bulking agent, and allura red AC and beta-carotene as colors.

The label states no obligatory allergens are declared in the product itself, but that it is produced on equipment that also processes dairy, wheat, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, almonds or other tree nuts, sulfites or corn.
