Description

Xtend, Blue Raspberry is a powder supplied in a 1296g pack, providing 90 servings of 14g each. Each serving is measured as one level scoop.

Per serving the label lists L-Leucine 3500mg, L-Glutamine 2500mg, L-Isoleucine 1750mg, L-Valine 1750mg, an Electrolyte Blend of 1171mg (Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride), and Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) at 640µg. Other ingredients are Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K), FD&C Blue Lake #1 and FD&C Red Lake #40.

The product contains soy and is produced on equipment that also processes dairy, wheat, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, almonds or other tree nuts, sulfites or corn.

Mandatory information

Mix each level scoop (14g) in 250–300ml (10–14 fl oz) of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, consume daily.
