Description

Vitamin A is supplied in softgel capsule form, with 90 softgel capsules per container. Each capsule provides 1000 µg of Vitamin A (125% Nutrient Reference Value), along with 10 µg of Vitamin D3 (200% Nutrient Reference Value) and 105 mg of cod liver oil, typically providing 6 mg EPA, 6 mg DHA and 20 mg total omega-3 acids.

The ingredients are soya bean oil, cod liver oil (fish), capsule shell (gelatine), humectant (glycerol), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and antioxidant (mixed tocopherols). The label states this product contains fish (cod liver oil) and soya (soya bean oil). It is noted as lactose free.
