Description

Animal Flex is a powder supplied in a 348 g pack, stated as 30 servings. Each serving is 1 level scoop (12.72 g), providing Vitamin C (100 mg), Vitamin E (100 IU), Zinc (15 mg), Selenium (70 µg) and Manganese (1 mg), together with a Joint Construction Complex of 3000 mg containing glucosamine, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), and chondroitin sulfate A and C.

Each serving also contains a Joint Lubrication and Support Complex of 6000 mg, made up of collagen hydrolysate, ginger root extract, a cetyl myristoleate proprietary blend, turmeric root, boswellia resin, quercetin, bromelain and hyaluronic acid. The remaining ingredients are natural and artificial orange flavors, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, FD&C yellow #5 and FD&C yellow #6.

The label states that this product contains shellfish, as the glucosamine is derived from crustacean sources, and notes that it is not suitable for vegetarians or those with shellfish allergies.

Mandatory information

Take 1 level scoop (approx. 12.72 g) mixed with 10 oz (approx. 295 ml) of water or beverage of choice, with any meal during the day. Take once daily on both training and non-training days. No need to cycle.
