This is a powder supplied in a 250 g (8.8 oz) pack, stated on the label as 50 servings, with a serving size of 1 scoop (approx. 5 g). It is a watermelon-flavored powder mixed with water or another beverage before use.

Each scoop contains a blend of beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, L-arginine AKG, caffeine and olive leaf extract, with caffeine listed at 155 mg per scoop. The remaining ingredients are natural and artificial flavor, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, malic acid, acesulfame potassium and beet root powder used for color.

The product is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, shellfish, fish and soy. It is labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.

Mandatory information

Shake container before use. Mix 1 scoop with 5–8 oz (150–250 mL) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1 to 3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period.
