Description

This is a powder supplied in a 250 g (8.8 oz) pack, listed as 50 servings, with a serving size of one scoop (5 g). It contains beta-alanine (as CarnoSyn), creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, caffeine anhydrous and olive leaf extract as active ingredients, with caffeine anhydrous specified at 155 mg per serving. The other active ingredients are part of a proprietary blend, so their individual amounts are not disclosed on the label.

Other ingredients include citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and beet root powder (color). It is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, shellfish, fish and soy.

The product is labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.

Mandatory information

Shake container before use. Mix 1 scoop with 5–8 oz (150–250 mL) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1 to 3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime due to caffeine content.
