Description

Shred-X Powder in the Sour Gummy Bear flavour is supplied as a powder in a 300g pack, providing 30 servings of 10g (one level scoop) each. It is mixed with water or another beverage before use.

Each serving contains Acetyl L-Carnitine 3g, Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols) 450mg, Choline Bitartrate 300mg, L-Tyrosine 250mg and Caffeine Anhydrous 200mg, with total caffeine including that from green tea listed as 228mg per serving. The ingredient list also includes inulin, citric acid, Vitamin C, L-Theanine, Gymnema Sylvestre Extract, taurine, sodium bicarbonate, flavouring, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), colour (beetroot red), Breathe Easy™ flavouring, sucralose, and Vitamins B3, B6 and B12.

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is produced in a facility that also handles milk, soya, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Sour Gummy Bear: Acetyl L-Carnitine, Inulin, Acid (Citric Acid), Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols), Choline Bitartrate, L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract), Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (75% Gymnemic Acid), Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Sodium Bicarbonate (Acidity Regulator), Caffeine Anhydrous, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Colour (Beetroot Red), Breathe Easy™ (Flavouring), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Mandatory information

Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended. 1 serving per day maximum. Do not consume more than 800mg Green Tea Extract (containing (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per day. Should not be consumed if consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
