Description

R-Alpha Lipoic Acid with Biotin is supplied in capsule form, with 60 veggie capsules per container. Each capsule provides 150 µg of biotin (as d-biotin) and 100 mg of R-alpha lipoic acid, derived from 125 mg of sodium R-alpha lipoate.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and water. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The label states the product contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
