Protein Bars, Lemon Cheesecake - 12 x 60g

These are Lemon Cheesecake flavour protein bars, supplied in a pack of 12 bars, each weighing 60g. Each bar contains a white chocolate with sweetener coating (36%), made with maltitol, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lecithins and natural flavouring.

The bar itself is made from a protein blend of calcium caseinate and whey protein isolate, both from milk, combined with glycerol, bovine collagen hydrolysate and soy protein crisps made from soy protein, tapioca starch and salt. Polydextrose is included as a dietary fibre, along with water, palm fat, flavourings, citric acid, natural flavouring, sucralose and carotenes for colour.

The allergens declared are milk and soy, both highlighted within the ingredients. The label also notes the product may contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, wheat, egg and sesame seeds. Each 60g bar provides 227 kcal, 9.5g fat, 20g carbohydrate, 2g fibre, 21g protein and 0.20g salt.
