Ostrovit D3 4000 IU + K2 VEGE is supplied in tablet form, with a net content of 29 g corresponding to 100 tablets. A serving size of 1/2 tablet provides 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 50 µg of vitamin K2, while a full tablet provides 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 µg of vitamin K2.

The ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), starch, natural vitamin D from Icelandic lichen (cholecalciferol), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, and anticaking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

The product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. The label states that it may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.
