Description

Beta-Alanine is supplied in capsule form, with 300 capsules per package and a net weight of 264 g. Each serving of 1 capsule provides 800 mg of beta-alanine, and 3 capsules provide 2400 mg of beta-alanine.

The capsule shell is made using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a bulking agent, with magnesium salts of fatty acids used as an anti-caking agent. The label states the product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Ingredients

Beta-alanine, capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Mandatory information

1 serving: 1 capsule. Take 1 serving 3 times a day with a meal. A single intake of beta-alanine in excess of 800 mg may cause side effects (tingling, numbness). It is advisable to consume a single serving of 800 mg with a break of at least 3 hours between individual unit servings of the product.
