Description
This is a powder supplied in a 140 g pack. The recommended daily serving is 1 tablespoon (4 g), which provides insoluble fiber from wheat bran at 3.12 g, psyllium (Plantago ovata) fiber at 0.64 g, defatted flaxseed at 0.16 g and apple fiber at 0.08 g. The product contains a complex of various fibers including cellulose, hemicelluloses, lignins, pectins, gums, plant mucilages, beta-glucans and fructans.
Total dietary fiber per serving is approximately 4 g. The label states the product contains wheat (wheat bran), and notes that persons allergic to any of the ingredients should avoid use of the product.

Mandatory information
Children over 3 years of age: half a tablespoon. Adults: 1 tablespoon (4 g). Preparation: pour 1 tablespoon of the product into 1/2 glass of boiling water, mix thoroughly. After 1 minute, add cold water to fill the glass. Drink. The product may be consumed both before and after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
