Description

Omega-3D is supplied in softgel form, with 120 soft gels per container, providing 60 servings at a serving size of 2 soft gels. Each serving contains 690 mg of total omega-3, made up of 330 mg EPA, 220 mg DHA and 140 mg other omega-3s, along with 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, along with additional natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, olive oil) and rosemary extract. The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines).
