Description

Omega-3 Phospholipids is supplied in softgel form, with 60 soft gels per container, providing 30 servings of 2 soft gels each. Each serving contains 500 mg of total omega-3s, made up of 190 mg EPA, 200 mg DHA and 110 mg other omega-3s, along with 350 mg of total phospholipids, of which 300 mg is phosphatidylcholine and 50 mg other phospholipids.

The ingredients are herring roe extract and purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, in a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and carob color. D-alpha tocopherol is included as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.

The label states this product contains fish, specifically herring, sardines and anchovies. It is noted as gluten free and lactose free.
