Description
NOW Foods Psyllium Husk provides 1,400 mg of psyllium seed husk per two-capsule serving, complemented by 100 mg of Apple Pectin Powder.
Each serving contributes 1 g of dietary fibre, of which 0.9 g is soluble fibre. The convenient vegetarian capsule format avoids powders or unpleasant textures. With 90 servings per container, this 180-capsule pack provides a generous supply.
Produced by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula is free from hypromellose of animal origin and uses only vegetable-sourced stearic acid, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Mandatory information
Take 2 capsules with an 8 oz. (approx. 240 ml) glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day. NOTICE: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
