Natures Aid Vitamin B Complex (90 Tablets)

Vitamin B Complex is supplied in tablet form, with 90 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides thiamin (B1) 5 mg, riboflavin (B2) 5 mg, niacin (B3) 25 mg, pantothenic acid (B5) 5 mg, vitamin B6 5 mg and folic acid (B9) 200 µg, along with choline bitartrate and inositol.

The ingredients include brewers yeast, choline bitartrate, microcrystalline cellulose, nicotinamide, inositol, thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, anticaking agents (vegetable source magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), a vitamin B12 preparation (calcium phosphate, cyanocobalamin), folic acid and D-biotin. Brewers yeast may contain traces of gluten.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is lactose free.
