Description

N1 Pro Pre-Workout, Green Lemonade is a powder supplied in a 300g pack, providing 30 servings of 10 g each. It is mixed into a beverage before use.

Each serving contains 2500 mg of L-citrulline malate, 1750 mg of beta-alanine, 1500 mg of creatine monohydrate, 500 mg of glycerol monostearate, 500 mg of taurine, 250 mg of L-tyrosine, 100 mg of choline (as L-bitartrate) and 115 mg of caffeine. The full ingredient list also includes inulin, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, flavour, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG), L-ascorbic acid, a mixture of safflower concentrate and spirulina extract, citric acid, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, and black pepper extract (95% piperine) – BioPerine®.

The label states it may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Ingredients

L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, glycerol monostearate, inulin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, flavour, choline L-bitartrate, L-tyrosine, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), L-ascorbic acid, caffeine, mixture of safflower concentrate and spirulina extract, acidity regulator citric acid, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – BioPerine®. May contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Mandatory information

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive sportsmen – mix a serving of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight and for highly advanced training – mix a serving of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1/3 measuring scoop = approx. 10 g; 2/3 measuring scoop = approx. 20 g.
