Description

Menopause Essentials is supplied in vegetarian capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 50 mg of magnesium (from magnesium oxide), 150 mg of damiana leaf, 71 mg of black currant seed oil (7% gamma-linolenic acid), 50 mg of chasteberry extract (standardized to 0.5% agnusides) (fruit), 50 mg of dong quai extract (root), 31 mg of wild yam extract (16% diosgenin) (root), 30 mg of black cohosh extract (standardized to 2.5% triterpene-glycosides) (root), and 10 mg of ginkgo biloba leaf extract (standardized to 24% flavone glycosides, 6% terpene lactones).

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose. The remaining ingredients are silica, maltodextrin, calcium palmitate and rice flour. The label does not explicitly declare any allergens.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
