Description

This is a powder supplied in a 510g pack, stated on the label as 60 servings. Each serving is 8.5g, mixed with water or another beverage before use.

The ingredient list includes selenium, taurine, magnesium, potassium citrate, creatine monohydrate, potassium, magnesium citrate, calcium, sodium, sodium citrate, pink Himalayan rock salt, chloride, and a blend called MitoReds made from a range of fruits including camu camu, blueberry, papaya, tomato, plum, blackberry, pineapple, pomegranate, grape skin, blood orange, cranberry, hawthorn, lemon, MitoPrime, strawberry, goji berry, apple, bilberry, maqui, pear, tart cherry, red beetroot, watermelon, elderberry, carrot, grapefruit, raspberry, acai and jujube.

Per serving, the label states more than 2400mg of electrolytes, 0 kcal, 0g sugars, and an approximate 200mg of the MitoReds blend, along with creatine monohydrate and taurine. It is produced in a facility that also processes nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shellfish and peanuts.

Mandatory information

Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of ice cold water and mix together. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference.
