Hydra Flow, Berry is a powder supplied in a 300g pack, stated on the label as 60 servings. Each 5g serving provides Cocomineral® (coconut water extract) at 3000mg, Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1 at 300mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) at 300mg, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) at 3mg, Manganese Gluconate at 1mg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride) at 500µg and Vitamin B7 (Biotin) at 50µg.

The ingredient list also includes malic acid, flavouring, silicon dioxide, sweetener (sucralose), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide) and Red E122. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the product may be manufactured in a facility handling allergens.
