Each serving provides a Particle-Sized Essential Amino Acid IR Proprietary Matrix of 5g, consisting of L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine, L-Histidine, L-Cysteine and L-Leucine Malate, along with an Extended Time Release Proprietary Anti-Catabolic and Insulingenic Matrix of 210mg containing Bitter Melon Fractional Extract and Coffee Bean Concentrate (caffeine free).
Each serving also includes Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Other ingredients are Sucralose, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Maltodextrin, Gum Acacia, Natural Flavor, and Silicon Dioxide as an anti-caking agent.

Mandatory information
Mix one (1) scoop with 8-10 ounces of cold water 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Drink 1-2 servings 3-6 times daily. For best results, always drink 1-2 servings 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Athletes may drink up to 2 servings per use, up to 6 times daily, at least 2 hours apart. HumaPro may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential. On non-workout days: take 1 serving 25 minutes before any other proteins or amino acids or at least 2 hours after any meal or drink containing protein or amino acids.
