Each serving provides a Particle-Sized Essential Amino Acid IR Proprietary Matrix of 5g, containing L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine, L-Cysteine and L-Leucine Malate. It also contains an Extended Time Release Proprietary Anti-Catabolic and Insulingenic Matrix of 210mg, made up of Bitter Melon Fractional Extract and Coffee Bean Concentrate, along with Vitamin B-1 (0.7mg, 50% DV), Vitamin B-3 (9mg, 50% DV), Vitamin B-6 (1mg, 50% DV), Vitamin B-12 (1.5µg, 75% DV), Magnesium Citrate (87.5mg, 50% DV), Calcium Carbonate (175mg, 17.5% DV) and Zinc Gluconate (3.75mg, 25% DV). Other ingredients listed are sucralose, malic acid, acesulfame potassium, maltodextrin, gum acacia, natural flavor and silicon dioxide.

Mandatory information
Mix one (1) scoop (7.42g) with 8–10 ounces of cold water, 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Drink one to two (1–2) servings three (3) to six (6) times daily. Athletes may drink up to two (2) servings per use, up to six (6) times daily, at least two (2) hours apart. HumaPro may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential.
