Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 7.41g) with 250–300ml (8–10 oz) of cold water 20 minutes prior to exercise and immediately after. Drink 1–2 servings 3–6 times daily. Athletes may drink up to 2 servings per use, up to 6 times daily, at least 2 hours apart. On non-workout days, take 1 serving 25 minutes before any protein/amino acid intake or at least 2 hours after any meal containing protein or amino acids. HumaPro may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential.
