Description

Hardcore BCAA is a powder supplied in a 390 g pack containing 30 servings, with each scoop measuring 13 g. It is mixed with water or another beverage before use.

Each scoop provides calcium, magnesium, L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine as part of a 2:1:1 blend, along with glycine, L-glutamine, L-alanine and piperine from BioPerine black pepper fruit extract. The non-medicinal ingredients include citric acid, sodium citrate, sea salt, potassium citrate, MCT from fractionated coconut oil, sucralose, silicon dioxide, sunflower lecithin, natural flavours and colour from red beet powder.

The label states this product contains tree nut (coconut) and is produced in a facility which handles ingredients from milk, soy and fish (collagen).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Sea Salt, Potassium Citrate, MCT (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavours, Colour (Red Beet Powder).

Mandatory information

Mix one scoop (13 g) of Hardcore BCAA with cold water in a shaker cup or water bottle. Use 8–16 fl oz (250–500 mL) of cold water. Consume before, during, or after exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. On training days, it is best to consume multiple servings: one scoop pre-workout, one scoop intra-workout, and one scoop post-workout. On non-training days, drink 2–3 servings at various times throughout the day.
