Game Changer Mass, Pistachio flavour, is a powder supplied in a 3000g pack providing 20 servings. Each serving is prepared as 150g mixed with water.

The ingredients include maltodextrin, a protein blend (whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate from milk, hydrolysed beef protein isolate), creatine monohydrate, fructose, an amino acid complex (AAKG complex, micronized L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-citrulline DL-malate, L-methionine), and a vitamin and mineral complex containing magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacin, zinc oxide, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride and folic acid. It also contains an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), vanilla crystal, colour (Ponceau 4R), Siberian ginseng root extract, Tribulus terrestris fruit extract and green coffee extract.

Per serving of 150g with water, the product provides approximately 2535 kJ / 606 kcal, 48g protein, 90-96g carbohydrates of which approximately 9g sugars, and approximately 2.6g fat. It also provides approximately 8.5g BCAA and approximately 1.5g L-glutamine, along with creatine monohydrate and vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin E, niacin, vitamin D3, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, folic acid, magnesium, zinc and copper.

The product contains milk and is made in a facility that also uses milk, soy, egg and nuts, and is produced in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, gluten, nuts and peanuts.
