Description
First Defense is a carefully formulated liquid supplement combining Zinc, Olive Leaf, Elderberry Fruit, Grindelia robusta, St. John's Wort, and Larch Arabinogalactan Extract into a single, easy-to-use formula. Presented as a great-tasting liquid that can be taken directly or mixed into juice or a favourite drink, it is designed with the whole family in mind — from infants aged 6 months through to adults.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each half-teaspoon serving delivers 1.5 mg of Zinc as highly bioavailable Zinc Gluconate, providing 15% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
Sweetened naturally with Steviol Glycosides and free from alcohol, artificial colourings, artificial flavourings, and artificial sweeteners, First Defense is formulated to fit comfortably into a health-conscious, everyday routine. The 118 ml bottle provides a convenient supply for daily use across all age groups.

Ingredients Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate), Olive Leaf ( Olea europaea ), Elderberry Fruit ( Sambucus nigra ), Grindelia robusta (herb), St. John's Wort ( Hypericum perforatum ) (Leaf & Flower), Larch Arabinogalactan Extract ( Larix laricina ) (Bark). Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Citric Acid, Gum Arabic, Steviol Glycosides, Potassium Sorbate (to preserve freshness).
Mandatory information
For Infants 6 months – 1 year: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) 3× daily. For Children 1–3 years: 1 teaspoon 3× daily. For Children 4+ years: 1 teaspoon 3× daily. Give directly or mix with juice or child's favourite drink. Shake well before use.
