Description
Fat Direct is supplied as softgel capsules, with 60 capsules per pack. Each capsule contains green coffee extract (minimum 45% chlorogenic acids), Garcinia cambogia extract (60% hydroxy citric acid), fish oil triglyceride and Wakame seaweed extract (50% fucoxanthin), alongside soy oil, coconut oil and beeswax.
The capsule shell is made from beef gelatine, with glycerol, water and colouring agents E172 and E120. Soy lecithin is included as an emulsifier. The label states the product contains soy (soy oil, soy lecithin) and fish (fish oil), with allergens highlighted in the composition.
Per capsule, the label lists 350 mg green coffee extract, 125 mg Garcinia cambogia extract, 4.80 mg Wakame seaweed extract and 200 mg fish oil.

Mandatory information
Use 1 capsule once a day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime. Take with enough water. Maximum daily dose is 1 capsule.
